• Fast Service
  All orders and certificates are placed in the mail within 1 business day. 
• Purchasing options
  For many courses, you can purchase an additional test by itself, for a reduced price. If you buy the additional test only, you will not receive the book.  Additional test option is for someone who already has the book.

• Certificate Policies
  Successful completion requires a passing score of 75% 
  If you do not pass, you may repeat the exam at no additional cost.  
  One certificate per license included. You will receive your certificate by return mail. 
  Duplicate certificate's) no charge
  Return check fee $20.00. 
  Faxed certificate's) $no charge. 
  Certificate issue date is the date answer sheet is received by X-RAY CE. 
  No back dating of certificates. 
  Allow 5 - 7 business days for delivery. 
• Course Policies
  All courses must be completed before the expiration date to receive credit.
  Allow approximately 3-6 business days to receive your order. 
  Returns & Refunds must be addressed within 10 days of purchase date (return all materials unmarked) less postage/handling and 10% processing fee. 
  Courses are not intended to be a substitute for medical advice or treatment.  
  Course Guarantee: If you order a discontinued course, you will be notified to select another course or get a full refund.

• Book Return Program

If you have a textbook that is in “Like New”* condition and you are not interested in keeping it you may send it back to us and receive credit towards your next continuing education course.  Following are the amounts of credit that each book may be worth if you return the book to us in “Like New” condition, which means no bent covers or pages and no ink marks of any kind throughout the book. If you are interested in using this new service please fill out our book return form and return it along with the textbook to our mailing address.  Once we receive the book we will notify you by mail or email with your credit amount.  In order to use your credit, you just need to call our toll free number 1-866-405-9729 at the time of your next order and we will deduct the amount off your continuing education course.  It’s that easy.
